Joe was great to work with. We had a mold situation due to a leaking shower and when he came to give us the estimate, he covered the mold problem with plastic so it wasn't still being dispersed throughout our house. When he and his crew came to do the work, they arrived exactly when he said they would (even with a snow storm that had schools closed) and completed the work quickly. Everything was contained and they cleaned up when they were finished - you'd never know they were here! Joe was very thorough and explained every step of the process. We were thrilled with their work and would highly recommend them for whatever reason you're reading this review! He's very professional and aware of the inconvenience this process is for the home owner. He tried to be as accommodating as possible, which we very much appreciated having two people that have respiratory issues living here! The pictures I attached are the before, during and after! Steel City Property Restoration, LLC is professional, courteous, and thorough.  The CEO of this company is responsive to any texts or calls along the way, and he is compassionate to those who are suffering with mold toxicity due to their environment.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs mold remediation.

Joe communicated well and let me  know what was happening evey moment and stage of the process.  If there were changes to the plan or unforeseen things, such as, opening up walls or other situations then he would assess and let us know the good, bad, or the ugly.  Luckily, the assessments were in my favor, which meant less time and less money. Steel City was prompt, timely, and very reasonable, even going over and above to make sure the customer was taken care of.  Shout out to Mike and Tim too, that worked hand in hand with Joe.  Great team and collaboration!  If you want things done correctly and with integrity, try this awesome company.
