Real mold remediation and water damage restoration reviews from real customers, sourced straight from Google. No stock testimonials, no filtered star ratings, just the feedback our crew has earned one job at a time.
Every review below came from a real Steel City Property Restoration customer through Google, none of it written for the website. When homeowners across Allegheny, Westmoreland, and the surrounding counties search for mold remediation reviews or water damage restoration reviews before hiring a contractor, this is the same feedback they'll find on our Google Business Profile. We'd rather earn the rating one job at a time than inflate it, so what's posted here is exactly what customers said.
“Working with the team at Steel City Property Restoration was such a great experience from the free on-site consultation to the completion of the work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that has concerns with mold.”

“When Joe came to give us the estimate, he covered the mold problem with plastic so it wasn't still being dispersed throughout our house. His crew arrived exactly when they said they would, even with a snow storm, and completed the work quickly. Everything was contained and they cleaned up when they were finished. You'd never know they were here.”
Google Review
“Professional, courteous, and thorough. Responsive to any texts or calls along the way, and compassionate to those who are suffering with mold toxicity due to their environment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs mold remediation.”
